When will my order arrive?
Shipping is free in the US. Current supplier estimates are about 4 to 14 calendar days after your order is placed with our fulfillment partner. Any order review or processing before that is additional, and estimates vary by item and are not guaranteed. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
We work with partner warehouses and suppliers. Depending on the item, orders ship from the US or from overseas partners, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Does the Fuwa Mitt work on long and short hair?
It works best on loose fur that has already shed onto fabric. For long or thick coats, pair it with the Kushi Rake.
Can I use it directly on my pet?
Yes, gently. Stop if your pet seems uncomfortable.
How do I clean it?
Pull off the collected fur, rinse under running water, and let it air dry.
Can I keep some of my pet's fur?
Yes. Our Mamori Charms hold a small tuft of fur, and our Keepsake Studio (coming soon) will turn fur into a handmade keepsake.
What do the product names mean?
They're simple Japanese words: fuwa (fluffy), kushi (comb), hikari (light), awa (bubbles), kumo (cloud) and mamori (to protect and keep close).
